Your Medical Reserve Corps is a critical part of a Community Emergency Response Plan. Studies indicate that more than 90% of an effective response to a bio-terror event will be done by volunteers supervised by health professionals. Recruiting and coordinating the massive amounts of volunteers for the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) alone is a daunting task.
